Excellent transport connection: The hotel's proximity to public transport made getting around Munich a breeze. Whether I needed to go to work, the exhibition site, downtown, or the airport, the fast and convenient transport options ensured I reached my destination with ease. It was like having my own personal chauffeur!

Noisy surroundings: The only downside I experienced during my stay was the noise from the busy street and nearby bus station. As there was no air-conditioning, I had to open the windows to cool down the room, but this let in the noise, making it a bit difficult to sleep peacefully.

The rooms are fairly quiet and bright, offering excellent value for money. They have a balcony and the interior design is beautiful. The location is great and comfortable, with convenient parking outside the hotel. The property is situated in a lovely area.

Particularly good and unbeatable location - so close to Wochenmarkt Perlach. Nice building and rooms with excellent value for money.

I always return to this hotel. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage. The staff once found a valuable lost thing for me. Coming back for Easter.

Perfect hotel for your stay in Munich. It's a bit far from the center but very well connected. Right outside the door there is a bus stop. You take the No. 55 and you're in no time at all on the subway. we arrived at the hotel, door of the reception was closed, we waited more than 10 minutes and even called by phone but no answer. We went out to the street and rang a bell several times and finally someone came out. That doesn't give much peace of mind after a long trip. In general everything was fine, bed and pillows were very comfortable. With respect to the breakfast it is not as varied as in other hotels but it fulfills the expectations. To put some glitches I would say that the key of the light is in the middle of the two beds and you spend the night turning on the light and that is something uncomfortable. It would also be great if there was a mini bar.

The rooms are modern and spotless with a balcony, and the interior design is excellent; the location is comfortable in a lovely area, making it a great value for the money.

The rooms at fab Hotel are awesome! They have everything I need, like a balcony for some fresh air, a smart TV to relax in front of, and USB sockets to charge my gadgets. The private bathroom with a shower is modern and clean. It's perfect for a bike rider like me who just wants to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The only thing I didn't love was the allergy-friendly wooden flooring. It's a personal preference, and others might appreciate it, but I prefer carpeted floors for that cozy feeling.

The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were well laid out and reasonably large. Booked a room with a "balcony. Property's location was unbeatable, in a nice neighborhood. I visited Tortenparadies Munchen, based steps away from the hotel, had dinner there.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is in a quiet area, away from the crowded city center, but still very close to the center area. The bus stop is just down the street and the train station is easily accessible, making it convenient to explore Munich. Additionally, the hotel offers value for money with excellent prices and a delicious breakfast that can be enjoyed with a view on the cozy Platz. The rooms are clean and some even have a balcony, adding an extra charm to the stay.

Everything was just fine, nothing to complain about.

The hotel does not look so nice from the outside, but the more it surprises from the inside. We had a great newly renovated room with a modern, very new bathroom. The room has a very pleasant, cosy but modern colour scheme. The furniture and equipment is new and modern. Everything is very clean. The breakfast buffet is rich and fresh. We had a room at the back with a balcony and a view into the greenery. Also the location fits, it is not in the centre but the bus stop is right in front of the door. Only the price was already quite high for a 3 star hotel. But otherwise everything was really great.

Great transport connections, so I could quickly escape this charming little hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the six whole parking spaces were a real treat.

Oh, how I missed the roar of the city center and the joys of limited parking options. Did I mention the hairdresser in the building?

A receptionist at the hotel counter was arrogant and rude!

They have revamped the breakfast room, and they have done it really well. Free email check now available in reception - another plus.

Couple more uk channels on tv would have been welcome.

During our stay at the hotel, we were delighted to find a recently refurbished room that was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident, from the towels that smelled amazing to the nicely scented corridor. The breakfast offered a carefully selected and rich variety, and we especially enjoyed the breakfast area. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. We appreciated the provided parking for our car, and the girls at the reception went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

I liked the friendly, helpful staff and the wonderful breakfast. It was also very convenient for going into Munich city centre.
